' The List of the Forreigners who are Fellows of the Society was taken into consideration and the names of Some persons who are dead have not been heard of a great while were ordered to be left out.

The President mentioned his having in his hands £445 -0-7d part of Mr Aston's Legacy and offered to give Security for it and Said he would Endevour to put it to good Interest for the use of the Society; but upon further consideration It was resolved that it Should be paid to the Treasurer.

Collonel Guise and Mr Hollins were Severally ballotted for, and approved of as proper Candidates to be recommended to the Society to be chosen Fellows.

Mr Williams a black Native of Jamaica was balotted for and rejected. '
