' Dr Halley, Mr Barret, and Dr Harwood, Mr Gale and Mr Schurer, Professor in the University of Bern, were proposed Candidates ballotted and approven.

Ordered that Mr Thomas endeavour to get in the Arrears due to the Society that Exceed not two years and that Mr Frewin do call upon Such as are above two years in Arrear and let them know that their bonds if they delay payment will be Sued.

Mr Barret was Sworn of the Council.

Ordered that Mr Bayley Plaisterer be paid his bill for Plaisterer's work and Painting done to the House last Summer, amounting to nine pounds and tem shillings.

Also a bill for Glaisiers work done to the House for some years past amounting to two pounds and five shillings.

Ordered that Mr Oldenberg Son of Mr Oldenburg heretofore Secretary to the Society be paid 10 guineas as a gratuity in consideration of is father Services: and in full of all.

Ordered that the Treasurer buy with the Society's money in his hands South Sea Stock as Soon as conveniently he may; that is with all the money that makes even hendred pounds and that he do it in his own name declaring it for the Society's use.

Ordered that Mr Frewin the Society's Solicitor be paid the Summ of thirteen pounds eighteen shillings for Severall Law Charges, as per his Bill. '
