Ordered that Mr Frewin be desired to write to the Lord Abergavenny, and to Signifie to his Lordship that if the three years rent due at Lady day last be not paid in before Michaelmass next, that the Society shall be obliged to make use of the method the Law prescribes to enforce payment and distress and that a Letter be written to his Lordship, Signifying this Order, to be put into the hands of Mr Frewin to deliver to him.
