' Ordered that Mr Frewin do demand of Mr David James Executor to Mr Robert Keck deceased, the Legacy left by the Said Mr Keck to the Society and that if the Same be not paid within a short time, he is empowered to sue in the name of the Society for the Same and that Alexander Pitfeild Esq. Treasurer tro the Society be impowered to receive the money and give a discharge for the Same.

The Lord Abergavenny being lately deceased Mr Frewin was ordered to take care of the payment of the Society's fee farm rent and to Speak with his Lordship's Executors and to aquaint them with his resolution therupon. '
