The Council being informed by a Message from Mr Savile the Society's Tenant in Coleman Street that upon examination of the particulars of the Schedule to his Lease, there appears to be no Cistern belonging to the house, tho' there seems to be a recital of one in the Said Schedule, It was ordered that for Mr Savile's Satisfaction a memorandum be indorsed upon the Lease and Signed by two witnesses Signifying that the Society do acquit Mr Savile of the Charge of any such Cistern as belonging to that house.

The President informed the Council that the Legacy lately received from the Executors of the late Mr Keck not being as yet put out to any use or profit it would be to the Society's Advantage that Speedy care be taken to make enquiry after a purchase of Ground rent to the vallue of about £530 or £540 that the said Legacy may turn to Interest.
