' The Council ordered Dr Desaguliers a Gratuity of Forty Pounds for the Experiments shewn before the Society the last Year.

The Council Ordered that their Solicitor Mr Frewen should endeavor that the Right of the Society to demand the Bodies of Executed Malefactors might be secured to them by Act of Parliament in the same manner as is now endeavored to be done to the College of Physicians and the Surgeons Company by joining with them in obtaining an Act of Parliament.

The following Gentlemen were chosen Auditors for inspecting the Yearly Accounts of the Society, by Ballot - Dr Harwood, Mr Bussiere, and Dr Halley.

Dr Dominico Ferrari was approved of by the Council as a Candidate, as was likewise Dr Deidier.

Sir Hans Sloane and Mr Folkes were desired to Assist Mr Frewen the Solicitor in taking Care of the Society's Interest in relation to the Lady Sadlers Will.

A Glasiers bill of £7-14-10 given in by Mr Hauksbee was ordered to be paid. '
