' Dr Lister with the approbation of the Councill licensed a Book called Appendix ad Historiam Naturalem Piscium Dni Willughby etc.

Mr Aston acquainted the Council , That the President will give the Society fifty pounds, to be laid out as the Council shall judge most convenient.

Orderd, That the money shall be laid out, to pay for 50 Plates in the History of Fishes, and that the Presidents name be put to those 50 Plates.

That the Society be acquanted herewith, that they may all concurr in returning their thanks to the President. '
