' Ordered that E Halley waite upon Mtr Aston about the Copies of the Journall and Register of the Society now in his hands as likewise to have from him the Originall papers and letters of the Society.

Then two letters the one from Dr Plott, the other from Mr John Hall relating to the Book of Fishes were read, and it seeming to the Councell that the Answer of Dr Plott argued some discontent in him, they thought fit to order a letter to be written to him to satisfie him of the respects of the Society, and to remove from him all Jealousies and Misunderstandings about the affaire of the Book.

Ordered that the Committee appointed to consider of the Book of Fishes do proceed therein, and that according to their direction a letter be sent to Mr Hall.

Ordered that E Halley draw up the Transactions, and that when they are so drawn up they shall be approved and perused by one of the Secretary's.

Mr Hook being called in, was desired to bring in a Scheme of a method for making Experiments, which he said he would consider of against the next Wednesday. '
