The draft of a Statute brought in by the President was read and debated, some amendments made, and again read. [Wording listed]. Voted that it would be read at another meeting.

The draft of a second statute concerning the Election of Fellows was read, debated, and voted to be read at another meeting of the Council. [Wording lilsted]

Mr Hunts salary allowed form 14 January 1682 to 14 July 1682.

Bill of seven pounds and ten shillings from Roger Davis joiner for six presses was ordered to be paid by the Treasurer

Doctor Croone presented six books to the Society which had lately been sent to him from Italy, namely;

Observationes Cometicae
Raguaglie del Eschinardi
Il Fosforo di Crollio
The Council returned their thanks to Dr Croone.
