' The Order of 2 August relating to a Statute to be made for binding persons not eligible who had not paid their Arrears was again read And it was not thought fit at present to be made a Statute . But it was thought that an Order to this purpose might produce the same Effect.

That the lists be printed with severall titles distinguishing all the Fellows into Forreiners Honorarys and such as usually attend the Society and pay their dues and that a little mark be made before their Names of such as have been our Benefactors and such as frequently account with the Treasurer for their Arrears And that the President intimate to the Society that he hopes they will esteem such who show their Affection to the Society this way as more properly Eligible into the Councill then such who are not like to attend their Affairs. Notwithstanding they are left to their Liberty according to the Statutes etc.

The second Statute which was read the Second instant was read again and was fully debated and being put to the Vote it was passed in the Affirmative nemitic contradicente. '
