Charles Pratt Esq was Sworn of the Council

Mr Archdeacon Denn DD and Cornelius Wittenson Esq the two present Trustees for the Annual Sermon, that is preached at the Parish Church of St Leonards shoreditch, attended, in order to complete the Compact, mentioned in the minues of the last Council, for transferring the Trust to the Society after their death.

And accordingly an Indenture bipartite between the Society and the two Trustees was read ; and being mutually agreed to, was Signed and Sealed on each Side respectiely ; one part whereof was Ordered to be put up in the Strong Boz, and the other was delivered into the hands of Mr Archdeacon Denn.

The Following bills were agreed to and Ordered to be paid. Viz

Mr Hauksbee's bill for his half years Salary due 11 April 1746 --- £25.0.0
Mr Theobald's and Co for firewood -------------------------------------£2.11.6
Mr Roberts the Printers bill ------------------------------------------------£5.6.0.
