Mr Frewin's Bill of £5..8..10 was put to the Ballot approved and Ordered to be paid.

Mr Robert Mathers, Monsieur du Fray, Mr Horsley and Dr Rogers Long were Severally put to the Ballot and approved.

The following Minute was ordered to be entered in the Minutes of the Council Book

Whereas Roger Gale Esqr. the present Treasurer of this Society by a declaration of Trust under his hand and Seal bearing date the 17th Day of March last past doth Acknowledge to have Received of Winifred Ashley the Executrix of Alexandere Pitfeild Esqr. the late Treasurer Deceased amongst other Effects belonging to the Said Society Nine Bonds of the South Sea Company for £100 each Numbered as in the Said declaration is mentioned And whereas the Said Mr Treasurer Gale hath Since the declaration aforesaid purchased another Bond of S S Com. [South Sea Company] for £100 No. 5756 in Trust for this Society And whereas the Said Mr Treasurer Gale being desirous to have all the Said Bonds Lodged in the Societies Iron Chest for the better Security of them. It is Therefore Ordered That The Said Bonds be Lodged in the Said Iron Chest accordingly He the Said Treasurer at all Times when there Shall be occation to receive any Interest Leaving a Note or Memorandum in Writing under his hand with the President of this Society of the taking out the Same for that purpose.
