' The Resolutions of the Council on the third of February as entered in the Minutes were read and confirmed at this Meeting.

Ordered that Mr Hauksbee be allowed after the rate of Sixpence in the pound in lieu of his usual fee, for every Sum of Money which hath or Shall be paid before the first of may next in conformity with the resolutions of the Council on the 3rd of February last.

Mr Bogdans, Mr Dixon, and Mr Reusher were Balloted and approved for Candidates.

The following Gentlemen were put to the Ballot and remitted their payments in pursuance of the Order of Council in favour of Foreigners.
Messr Leibnicht, Morand, Garangeot, Durand Abbe de Moliere, Klein, Du Faye, Alruz, Roleferius Kinck, Count a Dehn, Count de Thom, Father Carbone, Petit, Huicker, The Chevalier Ramsay, Rolls; Dr Frobenius; Dr Hampe, and Monsieur Montesqueu. '
