' Joseph Banks Esqr Colin Campbell Esqr Mr George Campbell and Mr Muller Profesor of History in the Imperial Academy at Petersbourg were Severally put to the Ballot as Candidates for Election, and were Approved.

The Lists of the Defaulters were laid before the Council and the consideration thereof was refered to another meeting.

The Second Question was proposed Whether the Eight Statute of the Sixth Chapter Shall be repealed or not. Which being put to the Ballot was carried in the Affirmative unanimously.

The Draught of the New Statut was read a Second time, and the Question was proposed Whether the Said Draught Shall pass for a Law or not, Which being put to the Ballot was carried in the Affirmative Nem: Contr; '
