' Mr Hauksbee had Orders to procure a good Tennant for the House in Crane Court as Soon as He could, at the rate of £25 per annum or not under under £24 per Annum.

The following Bills were severally put to the Ballot aproved and ordered to be paid, Viz
Mr Hauksbee's Bill for half a years Salary and for Copying Minutes into the Journal Book .....£31.. 2..0
Mr Theobald's bill for Woods.....£2..10..0
Mr Roberts the Printers Bill....£5..15..4
Mr Noon the Bookbinders Bill ...£9..10..6
Dr Stacks Bill for Copying and Translating ...£14..17..6

A Letter from Mary Hauksbee Widdow of Mr Francis Hauksbee formerly Fellow of the Royal Society applying for Some Charitable Relief under her present distrest circumstances was read.

Put to the Ballot and Ordered That the Sum of five Guineas be paid to the Widdow Hauksbee as a Gratuity on condition the Society be troubled no further. '
