' Doctor Stack's Bill, amounting to twenty one poounds, was agreed to by Ballot, and ordered to be paid ; being for work done in twenty weeks and two days, at £1.1.0 per week, in methodising the Original Papers of the Society down to the vacation in 1731, and collecting them orderly, and fixing them in 97 guard Books.

The Stationer's bill for four dozain of new Guard - books and Ribbons, amounting to the Sum of £8.16.0 was also put to the Ballot, and ordered to be paid.

Mr Gwyn the Carpenter's bill for work done in the Repository, amounting to £49..4..2 was agreed by Ballot and ordered to be paid.

The President spoke of Mr White's proposal of having Draughts made of the Plants in the Repository by the hand of Mr Van Huyssen ; and offered it as his opiinion, that it might not be amiss to preserve copies of some of the rare or choicer Plants after this manner. Wherefore it was referred to Mr Miller to lay before the Council a List of such as he thought might be the most necessary to be preserved that way.

Mr Hauksbee was ordered to lay before the next Council the State of the late Tenant's Accompt, who held the house in Crane Court. '
