The Three Auditors of the Treasurer's Accompts on the part of the Council, to be joined with the President and one of the Secretaries , were: Sir John Evelyn Bart, John Hadley Esq and Martin Folkes Esq.

A Gratuity of sixty Pounds was agreed by Ballot, and ordered to be paid to each of the Secretaries for their Services the last Year.

There were also agreed to by Ballot, and ordered to be paid:
Mr Zollman's Salary ...£20
Mr Hauksbee;s Salary to the 11th October 1740 .....£50.0.
Dr Stack's Bill ..... £26.0.
and Mr Robartes the Printer's Bill ..... £6.0.4.
