' The President took the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy.

Mr Leibneicht, Mr Palmer and Mr Collinson were Severally put to the Ballot and approved Candidates for Election.

Mr Hadley, Mr Theobald, and Mr Rand were proposed and Elected Auditors of the Late Treasurers Accompts.

Ordered that Roger Gale Esqr. the present Treasurer be impowered to Accompt with the Executrix or Trustees to the will of the late Treasurer Alexander Pitfeild Esqr. and to receive into his Custody of her or them, all the Stock, Annuities, Cash or other Effects due or belonging to the Society. And Ordered tht the Said Executrix or Trustees be desired to Accompt with the Said present Treasurer and that upon a Transfer of the Effects into his hands, his receipt to her or them for the Same Shall be their discharge.

Mr Hauksbee was ordered to wait upon Mrs Ashley Sometime to Morrow, to desire her to appoint a time to make up the Accompts with the Treasurer. '
