Letter from Sir Andrew Leith Hay, explaining his non-payment of subscriptions and asking to be re-proposed by Council into the Fellowship, so ordered. Creation of a committee on physiology, to which papers might be referred and which might promote experimental research; with a list of members. Michael Faraday applied for leave to print one hundred copies of his last paper in Philosophical Transactions, granted, at Faraday's expense.
