Among matters discussed or noted: the minutes of the last meeting read and approved.
1. Report of the auditors on the Treasurer's accounts.
2. Appointment of Vice-Chairs of committees: Lord Rayleigh to the National Physical Laboratory Committee, Sir John Evans to the Chelsea Physic Garden Committee, and Sir Archibald Geikie to the International Floating Observatory Committee.
