A Gentleman lately in England, & Author of a Treatise presented to this Society, upon the form of the Bones of the Head, and the differences of the Same in persons of different Countreys and under different Circumstances of Life: being very desirous to Offer himself a Candidate for Election into this Royal Society, and hoping for the honour of being received into it. We whose Names are under written, knowing him to be a Gentleman of Learning and Merit, and believing he will become a valuable correspondent and usefull Member, do according to his desire propose and recommend him to the Same.
