This Gentn being a person of great Learning, and one in great Reputation in his profession, author of Several curious books, as his Medicinal Consultations in 4 Vol 12 and his Practical Observations which he has presented to the Royal Society; being desirous of becoming a member of the Same, we who know him Personally, being well apprised of his Merits, do recommend him as a person well deserving that honour & as one who will be a usefull correspondent
