Citation | The Reverend Dr Henry Owen, MD late of Jesus College in Oxford, now Vicar of Tarling in Essex A very ingenious, learned & worthy Gentleman, particularly skilled in Mathematical, Natural, & Medical Knowledge, being desirous of admission into the Fellowship of this Society, is recommended by Us, upon our personal Knowledge of Him & his Abilities, as a Person likely to be a usefull & valuable Member thereof, in case He shall be favoured with their Approbation.
