In addition to numerous reports to the Egyptian Government which contain many original observations, his contribution to knowledge include: - Investigations of dysentery toxin and discovery of dysentery antitoxin (1903); Manufacture and standardization of antitoxin to scorpion venom (1909); Studies on isolysins and iso-agglutinins showing the possibility thereby of recognizing individual oxen and fowls from all other oxen and fowls (1909 to 1929); Studies on virus diseases, location and nature of the virus of rhinderpest (1914); Production of immunity to fowl plague; Relation of the virus to antiviral bodies aroused in the Animal (1928)
