Description | A two part humorous essay, with a curve diagram, apparently inspired by John Tyndall. Pritchard states [in HSF/1/3/51]: 'I subjoin a little piece of a psychological curiosity - which I repent to say proceeds from so brilliant an experimenter as Tyndall'.
Part 1 [p.1] commences: 'S...a fixed particle of matter...'. Part 2 [p.2] commences: 'I have a great respect for the writer, but his logic is what it is, & his deduction & his taste in the matter are worse'. |
