DescriptionHe has collected all the letters he can find and sends responses. He cannot remember the firework man's address for Alick [Alexander Stewart Herschel] but he describes the depots and barracks for him, and the batallions there. He gives a sketch to show the locations of the marines' barracks and others. He knows nothing about Fort Pitt and Clarence. He notes a dinner engagement for that evening.
