Lists persons present following the usual meeting at Gresham College, to hear Mr Wren's lecture - The Lord Brouncker, Mr Boyle, Mr Bruce, Sir Robert Moray, Sir Paule Neile, Dr Wilkins, Dr Goddard, Dr Petty, Mr Ball, Mr Rooke, Mr Wren, Mr Hill.

They discussed the design of founding a 'Colledge for the Promoting of Physico Mathematicall Experimentall learning'.

Discussed meeting on a regular basis for debating as others did in other countries, where there were voluntary associations of men into Academies for the advancement of various kinds of learning, and they wished to do the same for the promoting of 'Experimentall Philosophy'.

Agreed the company would continue their weekly meetings on Wednesday at 3.00 pm in the term time at Mr Rooke's chambers at Gresham College, and in the vacation at Mr Balls chamber in the Temple.

To defray expenses, discussed paying ten shillings on admission, and one shilling weekly.

Appointed Dr Wilkins to the Chair, Mr Ball to be Treasurer, and Mr Croone (though absent) as Register.

Discussed a list of persons known to the assembled who might wish to join them - 41 persons listed.
