DescriptionMr Boyle, Dr Merrett, and Dr Colwall asked to bring in writing the method of making of vitriol.

Dr Petty asked to enqiure in Ireland, for the petrification of wood, the barnacles, the variation of the compass, the tryall of the quicksilver experiment, & the ebbing & flowing of a brook.

Mr Boyle asked at his leisure to consider of Glaubers way of discovering of Mineralls.

Mr Boyle brought in his booke concerning glass tubes.

Ordered that every member of the Society should have one of Mr Boyle's bookes to discuss upon in seven days.

That it be moved the next day whether the matters to be be debated shall be agreed upon the day before.

Inquiry to be made of the fish that Schttus makes mention, which turnes to the wind, (suspended by a thread)
