Mr Graham, Mr Palmer and Mr Deverel were permitted to be present

The minutes of the last meeting being read.

Mr Beeton was proposed for a member by Dr Desaguliers and referred to the Approbation of the next Council.

The three following Gentlemen were admitted fellows Mr Henry Heathcott, the Reverend Mr Pierce and Mr Alex Cummin.

General Nicholson made the Society a present of Molls Mapp of New England and the rest of the English Plantations For which the General received thanks.
The President then adjourned the Society to the 20th of October being the first Thursday before the next Term
