Report by Mr Richard Graham in the name of the Auditors of the Treasurer's accounts for the current year, that the accoounts had been examined and approved with a balance of £95.16.6 3/4 remaining.

After the votes were cast for the election, the Council and Officers were declared:
The eleven members of Council to be continued were Sir Hans Sloane Bart; Mr John Eames; Martin Folkes Esq.; The Honourable Sir John Fortescue Alan Knight' John Hadley Esq.; Dr Edmund Halley; Mr John Machin; Dr Richard Mead; Dr Cromwell Mortiner; Vharles Duke fo Richmond; James West Esq

The ten members of the Council elected our of the body were Mr Silvanus Bevan; Charles Lord Cadogan; George Lord Carpenter; Lord Charles Cavendish; Sir John Evelyn Bart.; William Freman Esq.; Richard Greaham Esq; John Jeffrey Esq; Robert Paul Esq.; William Sloane Esq

The Officers as before, the President, Sir Hans Sloane Bart; Treasurer James West Esq.; Secretaries John Machin and Dr Cromwell Mortiner.

Lord Carpenter, Mr Freman, Mr Richard Graham, Mr Jeffreys and Mr Sloane took the Oath; and Mr Bevan toook the solmn affirmation as Memebers of Council.
