Minutes of last meeting read.

' His Grace of Devonshire was proposed from the chair; and being immediately put to the ballot, according to the statute, was elected a Fellow of this Society.

Dr Gaertner, a Gentleman formerly proposed according to the statute, was elected a Fellow

Mr William Hudson, who was elected at the preceding meeting having paid for his admission Fee, and the further sum of 20 guineas in lieu of further contributions,; and having also signed the obligation, was admitted by the President. '
