Doctor Lofattoi by Mr Salvador

' The three following certificates were read, and ordered to be put up in the public meeting room, viz
A certificate recommending Mr Robert Vurrow of Hatton Garden, dated London 17 December 1761, and signed Macclesfield, S Mead, P Davall, James Burrow, N Munkley, W Watson, Charles Morton, and Thomas Birch.

The second certificate was in favour of Dr Theodore Tronchin, Professor of medicine at Geneva, dated also London 17 December 1761, and signed J Jallabert, Abraham Trembley, Charles Bonnet, W Heberden, John Pringle, and Mr Maty.

And the third recommended John Luloss, Professor of Astronomy and Mathematics at Leyden; and was signed by John Frederick Gronovius, Adrian Van Royen, and Nicholas STruyck, three foreign Members; and by Edward Wortley Montagu, Charles Morton, Henry Van Haemstede, and J G Loten, four home Members of the Society. '
