Mr David Main and Dr Pallas by Emanuel Mendes da Costa
The Reverend Mr Price by Dr Birch
The Baron de Prawn and Mr Waderon by Dr Morton

' A certificate recommending John Lewis Count Holstein, Earl of Ledneborg, one of his Danish Majesty's principal Secretaries of State etc etc for election into this Society, was read, and ordered to be put up in the publick meeting room. The date thereof was 10 March 1762, and it was signed Peter Accaniuis, Martin Hubner, John Henry Hampe, Parker, Gustavus Brander, Roderic Valtravers.

Dr Tronchin, Professor Luloss and Mr Robert Burrow, three Gentlemen formerly proposed according to the statute, were elected Fellows of the Society. '

Gifts
1. A book in folio entitled 'Le pitture antiche d'Ercolano, tomo recondo' printed at the Royal press at Naples in 1760, from the King of the two Sicilies by the hand of Sir James Gray, Bart., His Majesty's Plenipotentiary at the court of Naples; also a note from Sir James for the President. Resolved unanimously that 'a letter be written to Sir James Gray (by the Secretary) to request him to present the thanks of the the Society to his Sicilian Majesty, in themost respectful manner, for the great honour conferred upon them. Ordered also, that thanks be presented to Colonel Gray, by whom the said book was conveyed to the President. '
2. A book entitled 'Petri Camper Demonstrationium liver primus' printed at Amsterdam, iin 1760, presented by the author

Communications;
1. The programme of the Academy of Surgery at Paris for the prize of the year 1763, was presented from Mr Morand, where the proposed subject is 'The Theory of the Maladies of the Ear, and the means which Surgery is able to employ for their cure' and read.
2. Read the translation by Dr Parson of a Latin letter, addressed to Mr Benjamin Wilson FRS dated Upsal 28 April 1761 and signed Thornbern Bergman, concerning his description and diary of certain aurora borealis observed mainly at Upsal in Sweden from February to December 1759 . [Account given in detail]
3. Read translation by Dr Parson of a Latin paper of Father Beccarias FRS, describing and giving a projection of a 'Prism of Mountain Crystal cut in a certain manner; in order to explain the law, by which Light is refracted in that diaphanous body' [Account given in detail]
