Communications;
1. Read a letter addressed to Mr Henry Baker FRS dated at Turin on 29 April 1762, and signed, L Dutens; as was a second letter, addressed also to Mr Baker, in French , dated at Turin on 28 April 1762 and signed D Saluces FRS, both letters relating to Mr Needham's late dissertation concerning the Egyptian characters upon the bust, supposed to be of Isis kept at Turin. [Account in detail]

2. Dr Stukeley read a paper 'purporting an answer of an attestation sent from Rome, by Mr Needham; 'concerning the controversy about the pretended Bust of Isis at Turin; with characters cut upon it.' [Account in detail, including comparison of Chinese and Egyptian sumbols]
3. Read letter addressed to Dr Baker FRS dated at Wattisham, 16 May 1762 and signed J Bones concerning a bushel of wheat sent by Mr Bones to Dr Baker. [Brief account]
4. Read a paper by Dr Baker additional to the one previously concerning what he found in the sid bushel of wheat.

' The Society adjourned upon account of the ensuing holidays, till Thursday the 10th of June. '
