The election of the new Council and Officers took place, as follows;
Eleven continuted- Lord Brouncker, The Earl Marshall, the Lord Vice Strafford, the Lord Bishop of Salisbury, the Lord George Berkley, Sir Robert Moray, Sir Paul Neilw, Dr Goddard, Mr Colwall, Mr Oldenburg

Ten new members - the Earl of Dorset, Mr Charles Howard, Sir John Lowther, Mr Evelyn, Mr Hill, Mr Hoskyns, Mr Pepys, Dr Arderne, Dr Croon, Mr Lock

Officers elected; Lord Brouncker President, Mr Colwall Treasurer, Mr Evelyn and Mr Oldenburg Secretaries

Of those elected, the following were present and sworn - the Earl of Dorset, Mr Charles Howard, Sir John Lowther, Mr Hill, Mr Hoskyns, Mr Pepys, Dr Arderne, Dr Croon
