DescriptionFifty members present as it was Anniversary Day.

Lord Bishop of Sarum in the chair as the President was unexpectedly absent. He proposed the Lord Viscount Halifax as a candidate, who by reson of his quality was immediately put to the ballot and elected nomine contradicente.

The Committee for auditing the Treasurer's accounts reported. [Report listed]

An order lately made by Council concerning the leaving some Members out of the list printed for Election Day was read. [Wording listed]

After this the company proceeded to Election for Council [Fellows listed by name, both of those continuing for the next year, and the ten new members elected]

The following were elected as officers; Lord Brouncker for President, Mr Colwall Treasurer, Mr Henshaw and Mr Oldenburg as Secretaries.
