DescriptionContains the laboratory experiments of J H Gaddum. Includes 10 pages of loose notes between cover and first page, experiments with extract 12A on cat and rabbit blood pressure (p7-15), deamination of substance P (p18), atropine and blood pressure (p21), intravaneous injection of T (substance P boiled in acid)(p25), deamination of histamine (p27), several similar experiments varying deaminated, boiled or otherwise prepared substances and testing the effect on the blood pressure of cats and rabbits, inhibitory effects of atropine on rabbit intestine (p55).

With a seperate sheet listing concentration of depressor substances acetylcholine, histamine and adenylic acid in tissues and 6 pages of loose notes (between pp70-71).
