Headed [p.1]: 'Barometrical observations taken at Naples at 9am on each day. Barometer kept in a room without a fire, 12 feet above the Sea level'. With the note: 'No.255 Recd. 6 May 1841 (by Sir Woodbine Parish K.C.H. F.R.S. &c)'. An additional note states that the manuscript was 'Communicated to the Secretary of the Royal Society by direction of the Council of the Roy. Geographical Society. Communicated by S.H. Christie Secy. R.S.'.
