Offers suggestions for handling the matter stating he has correspondence with [Edwin Ray] Lankester, [Alexander] Macalister, [James Cossar] Ewart, [Frank Evers] Beddard, and [William Carmichael] McIntosh, who all approve of his proposal to raise the matter. |
