Enclosed is a copy of the minute referred to in the letter dated 1 September 1904, by S B Wollatt, Principal Veterinary Surgeon, and remarks the use of arsenic 'appears to have sme controlling effect upon the disease' though 'its curative properties are of no practical value'. |
