DescriptionInforms they have examined the Bacon portrair and find they have two cracks in them, despite the 'precaution' it was given. Mr Dyer had warned and given no guarantee's that it would 'stand'. Remarks the only course is to take it away and have the cracks repaired, for which they will not make a charge 'on this occasion'.
