TitleLetter from W D Weaver, Electrical World, 114 Liberty Street, New York, to the Librarian of the Royal Society, Burlington House, London
Date2 August 1906
Description'Dear Sir:- I just now find that all the communications which I recently sent abroad relating to entries in the Wheeler Bibliography did not bear sufficient postage, the office boy having only affixed stamps for domestic postage. I enclose herewith some English stamps to make up the deficiency. Very truly yours, W D Weaver'.
