DescriptionSending the Lords Commissioners' approval of the list of recipients for duty-free foreign books with the addition of the 'Electrical Society'. Treasury has also approved of the means of delivery as proposed by the Royal Society, as well as the export of publications to America, Bombay [Mumbai], Cape Town, Hobart Town [Nipaluna], Madras [Chennai], Toronto, and Trivandrum [Thiruvananthapuram].
