Description'Sir, I had the honour to lay before the Trustees of the British Museum at their meeting last Saturday the duplicate works, enumerated in the accompanying list, which the President and Council of the Royal Society have been so good as to present to them.
The Trustees directed me to request that you would convey to the President and Council of the Royal Society the expression of their special thanks for these works, which were very desirable acquisitions to the Library of this Museum.
