DescriptionInforms the President of a 'lady of the Argentina Republic' Madame Vassilieos 'residing in Paris', who 'presented in June 1885 to the French Academy of Medicine a model in plaster of a human cerebrum' of which Domínguez sends a photograph [not enclosed]. Remarks on the high praise the model received, and sends a bulletin of the Institute which demonstrates the same [not enclosed]. Madame Vassilieos has written to Domínguez 'expressing her desire to present a copy of the model to a similar institution in this country'. Therefore Domínguez asks the President's opinion as to who the model should be offered to.
