DescriptionHarvey-Gibson offers thanks for the note and cheque he received, dated 26 [February 1885], and asks if he should submit his research or an abstract once completed or refer the Council of the Royal Society to the Transactions of the Royal Society of Edinburgh, where he hopes the paper will be published along with similar papers 'on the anatomy and physiology of the same form'. Harvey-Gibson clarifies his title is M.A. demonstrator of zoology, University College Liverpool, and not Dr.
