DescriptionEncloses a drawing and description of 'a patent project of a mangeable air balloon'. Runge intends to show a model of the air balloon at the aironautical exhibition at Alexandria Palace on 15 June. Runge has invented a new and useful 'improvements in the construction of vessels or apparatus for aerial navigation' and includes the specification. Enclosed drawing consists of four figures of the side, front, rear elevations, and a transverse section on line DE of the side elevation.
