DescriptionMemoranda regarding Dr Perman's paper on 'The Evaporation of Water in a Current of Air'. Remarks Mr A G Vernon Harcourt and Mr W Shaw were chosen referees for this apper, however the paper had already gone out ot Professor Callendar who has duly reported on it, Mr Harcourt has also submitted his report, and both recommend publication in the Proceedings. Therefore asks if it is necessary for the paper to be sent to Dr Shaw. Includes Larmor's reply, that Lord Rayleigh will send a reply in a few days and it would be better to wait.
