[Robert William Frederick Harrison] informs that 'this proposal if acceded to, might clash with the German Regional Bureau' and requests advice on how to procceed. Includes a reply from [Henry] Forster Morley, Director of the International Catalogue of Scientific Literature, dated 14 January 1903, saying he has written to Friedlander regardind this, and advises Harrison to say he had asked Morley to explain their position.
