Description'Sir, In reply to your letter of the 2nd instant, I regret to learn the difficulty to which you refer. Enquiry has been made in the matter, but as no verbal complaint was made at the time the cause of the trouble cannot be ascertained. In the event of any further difficulty arising, perhaps you will be good enough to communicate without delay with the Supervisor of the Exchange, when the matter will be immediately investigated. The inconvenience occassioned to you in the matter is much regretted. I am, Sir, Your obedient Servant, [?], General Manager.'
